يوفّر تطبيق «sahla cod form» نموذج طلب بالدفع عند الاستلام يُعرض على صفحات منتجات متجرك على Shopify. توضّح هذه الصفحة البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق، وسبب جمعها، وكيفية استخدامها وحفظها.
بيانات المتجر: اسم نطاق متجرك على Shopify، ورمز الوصول (access token) الخاص بالتطبيق، وإعداداتك داخل التطبيق (أسعار التوصيل حسب الولاية، حقول النموذج، العروض، إعدادات التتبّع).
بيانات العملاء: عند إرسال زائر لنموذج الطلب، يستقبل التطبيق الاسم ورقم الهاتف والولاية والبلدية والعنوان والمنتج والكمية، إضافةً إلى عنوان IP المستخدم للحماية من الطلبات الوهمية. هذه البيانات تُستخدم حصراً لإنشاء الطلب داخل متجرك على Shopify.
بيانات المنتجات: يقرأ التطبيق منتجاتك ومتغيّراتها لعرضها داخل النموذج فقط.
نستخدم بيانات العملاء لغرض واحد: إنشاء الطلب في متجرك عبر واجهة Shopify الرسمية وعرضه لك داخل التطبيق. لا نبيع بيانات العملاء ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض خارج تشغيل التطبيق.
لا تُرسَل بيانات العملاء إلى أي خدمة خارجية إلا إذا فعّلت أنت ذلك صراحةً من إعدادات التطبيق:
في هذه الحالات أنت المتحكّم في الوجهة، وتخضع البيانات لسياسة خصوصية الخدمة التي اخترتها.
تُحفَظ البيانات على خوادمنا طوال فترة تثبيت التطبيق. عند إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق يتم حذف جلسة المتجر وبياناته خلال 48 ساعة. كما ندعم طلبات Shopify الرسمية للخصوصية: customers/data_request، customers/redact، وshop/redact، ونستجيب لها خلال 30 يوماً.
تُنقَل كل البيانات عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)، وتُخزَّن على خادم خاص مع وصول مقيّد. لا نُصدِّر مفاتيح التتبّع أو روابط الـ webhook إلى واجهة المتجر العلنية.
يمكنك في أي وقت طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق لإيقاف أي جمع جديد للبيانات.

sahla cod form provides a cash-on-delivery order form displayed on your Shopify product pages. This page explains what data the app collects, why, and how it is used and stored.
Store data: your Shopify shop domain, the app access token, and your in-app settings (per-wilaya shipping prices, form fields, offers, tracking configuration).
Customer data: when a visitor submits the order form, the app receives name, phone number, province, municipality, address, product and quantity, plus the submitting IP address used for fake-order protection. This data is used solely to create the order in your Shopify store.
Product data: the app reads your products and variants only to display them inside the form.
Customer data is used for a single purpose: creating the order in your store through Shopify's official API and displaying it to you in the app. We do not sell customer data, do not share it with third parties for marketing, and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the app.
Customer data is never sent to an external service unless you explicitly enable it in the app settings:
In those cases you control the destination, and the data is governed by the privacy policy of the service you chose.
Data is retained while the app is installed. When the app is uninstalled, the shop session and its data are deleted within 48 hours. We also implement Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks — customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact — and respond within 30 days.
All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on a private server with restricted access. Tracking credentials and webhook URLs are never exposed to the public storefront.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, or uninstall the app to stop any further data collection.
